Mindful Creative Theater and Arts
It's time to be creative
and Change the World!
We have had one heck of a year with COVID and Stress!
Our kids need a big break from screens, four walls, and isolation!
(We will have all COVID protocols in place and with 10 kids per week,
we are hoping to screen families so that kids can be mask free, if all agree.)
gives kids time to be in the woods,
listen into themselves,
get goofy and serious about making art!
Beth Fairservis, theater and visual artist and mindfulness teacher,
and Stephen Katz, renowned cellist, composer, and inventor of "Whirled Games",
have combined their talents to offer MuZen Mindful Creative Theater and Arts Camps that
inspire inner peace and cooperative creativity!
Our mission is to playfully teach active listening skills that engage
body and mind, connect us with one another, and celebrate our oneness with Nature!
Each child and teen will be supported in finding their connection to their Muse-
the spirit of creativity within all of us that inspires us
to make the world more beautiful, generous and kind!
Our time together will include learning choreography and songs from
Beth and Stephen's musical-in-progress “Earth Pulse”.
Free choice is an essential part of our time at Camp MuZen.
In our Yurt in the Woods Studio, children and teens will have plenty of time to work solo or together
at creativity stations in:
painting, drawing, stencil & print making,
paper-mache, clay sculpting, and puppet making.
We will take daily hikes into the woods for inspiration!
